Can you tell I'm a little sick of making templates at work? ^^; I have good news! Wai! I can move ed.n to my work's server (all 30+ mb of it ^^;) so I can actually do stuff with it again. In case you haven't noticed, my site hasn't been updated since oh, say, October. One of the reasons for this is because I've been locked out of the site by my webspace provider. Bleh. -_-; So, as soon as I attack my compy at home, I'm going to herd my 30mb over to http://www.cas.ilstu.edu/jdeisen/ed Wai! Although this website problem is entirely my fault, I've been thinking of moving to a more flexible server anyhoo. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Ack, class is over. I'll blog more later ^_^

'Wanted: one half naked panda-man for long walks on the beach, fan dancing, and coding in C++.'
<PuuGENKI> YES!! I WANT ONE OF THOSE!!! ME! ME!
<Juri> You scare me.

Yet another long span of time where I haven't blogged. This time it's been mostly because I've been sick; I was too busy sleeping, curled up in a little ball, or reading too much Harry Potter. Woo. I read book 2 on Thursday and book 3 on Friday. Bad Juri. Oh, well...ANYhoo, after everything was worked out among Kristi and Gregly, they made it down here. Like K said, there was much ecchi fun with the three of us plus Cat. Cat was, uh, 'instructing' me on the proper way to eat a mozzerella stick, until Krisit told us to stop because people were staring XD Anyhoo, Saturday, K was supernice enough to drive us to JAC. We picked up Matt and Puu and headed out to Damon's for lunch, where we won the big-screen resturant trivia game as the HENTAI team. HO HO HO! And yes, since I was abusing a digital camera that weekend I got pics >D

So then we watched a little bit of JAC, sat around Matt's room and watched anime more palatable than Devilman Lady (what JAC was watching) for a bit, then met up with JAC-gumi for JAC++.

So then we went to Lix. You can read about that in the other blogs; but this is the dress that Kristi tried on. Oh, and I finally got a pic of Kristi XD Silly camera-shy people.
BTW, Matt, I hope your knee is okay O_O
DDR was super-fun, as usual. Matt and I impressed T5N with our 1337 f337 by dancing Mr. Bassman basic and Electrical Parade trick ^^; Woo! I left my PSX and pad over there for the floor to enjoy all week. Have fun!

Kristi was kind enough to drive Greg and I back to ISU. I can't thank you enough, K, for driving all over the state for us. 3Y3 wubb0rz j00! *_*

Ok, I can't finish off this blog without posting cute sparkly pics too. ph34r.

Ok, that's it for me. Ja!~~
Audio: E-Rotic: Queen of Light, the least raunchy song I think they've sung. It's really pretty, too *_*

Nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky....

Hisashiburi! O_o I've been hella busy with school. Blargh. Let's see...I went home this past weekend to go to Gregly's work party with him, and to pick up a few much-needed supplies for my classes (like a guitar ^^;;). So I spent Saturday afternoon with Laura being girly (!) by painting my nails and doing hair and such. It was fun. Then I got a call from Greg informing me that the party was much more casual than I thought it was going to be o_o So some last minute changes were neccessary. Silly boys! ^_- Anyhoo, after all that, we get to the pub that the party was being held at, and they were carding at the door.
Uh-oh....
Well, I'm not 21 (I'll be 20 in two months), nor have I ever pretended to be. And of COURSE the bouncer-type person (more like a waiter ^^;) at the door wouldn't let me in, since the pub was 21 and up.
<Greg> but we're with the private party...
<Bouncer> Sorry, nobody under 21 allwed in the side rooms.
The manager confirmed this, and I was stuck in the vestibule while Greg wrote a note to his boss (we were the first ones there ^^;) to explain what happened. Oi -_-;; Well, I wasn't mad at them, since the guy was just doing his job. In fact, I had a nice chat with the bouncer-type while Greg was inside. I DID feel incredibly bad to be such a liability, though. Anyhoo, we left, and ran into Greg's boss (a very nice lady!) in the parking lot. Well, she wouldn't hear of me being excluded, so she went and had a little chat with the manager. Apparently she has 1337 CEO sk1770rZ, and they let me in, with the admonishment that they were 'keeping an eye on me.' By this time i was REALLY embarrased. I hate it when people have to make a fuss over me. I'm really much more of a fade-into-the-woodwork wuss; you know, the kind that picks the hair out of her soup and discreetly sets it aside, rather than yelling at the waiter. But I AM glad I got to go, since the party was pretty fun. I played some pool (and sucked) and drank lots and lots of soda. (yay open 'bar!') Heh. Let it be known that I don't drink in the first place, so my being under 21 was really a moot point, but how are they supposed to know that, ne?

Hmm, what else is up. I put an entry into the JAC t-shirt contest, but I am rather dissappointed at the way the online voting is being contucted; it has an open results section, so people can see who's winning at all times. Well, after watching one entry get 30 votes within an hour of its falling into second place, I started thinking that people did indeed know how to get around the safeguards and stuff the ballot box, so to speak. Well, I'm not omniscient; I don't know for a fact that's what happened, but it still bothered me a bit. Oh well, what can you do? Someone suggested that the poll should be used more like a primary, and the finalists could be voted on at the next meeting. We'll see, ne? n any case, I don't really want to complain, since I am also in the contest, and my complaint would most likely be seen as either sour grapes or anal-retentiveness. Ah, well, whatever.

Sigh. I guess I should go work on the piles of stuff I have to do. Ja~

Audio: Kansas - Dust in the Wind; thus the top quote. I only quoted it because I love the song.....Anyhoo, this song always reminds me of the super-sad Highlander ep where Tessa died. Not that *I* minded; I hated that whore :P But it made Duncan sad T_T
